LET'S BURN THAT FAT WITH NEGATIVE CALORIE FOODS

Losing weight can be done the natural way. There are hundreds of foods that can actually help the body in burning excessive and unwanted fats that usually lead to obesity.
Are there foods that actually burn fat if you eat them? “YES”. There are some foods which are negative calorie foods. These foods can be incorporated in our diet as an essential part of your dietary regime.
What are "far burning foods"? Basically, fat burning foods are foods that burn (ues) more calories than the caloric content of the foods itself.
If you knew that there are certain foods which actually burn more fat than the caloric content of the food itself, then you definitely incorporate these foods especially if you are looking to lose weight.
These fat burning foods or so called negative calorie foods are natural plant foods, and also certain dairy items.
The fat burners then fall into three basic groups:
1] The Citrus Group: Limes, Lemons, Grapefruit, Tangerines, Oranges, Kiwi (not a citrus but extra-rich in Vitamin C, thus a fat burner)
2] The Fiber-rich Vegetables and Fruits Group: watermelon, cabbage, asparagus, carrot, beet root, broccoli, apple, blueberries.
3] The Protein Rich Group: Lentils, sprouts, eggs whites (whole eggs in moderation), chicken, and fish.
4] The Dairy Group: Low-fat milk, Low-fat yogurt, White (fresh) cheese/paneer.
You must know that just eating the above fat burners will help lose weight but you need to add some mild daily exercises as well.
This can be in the form of brisk walking, running, yoga or swimming, but it must be daily and for periods of no less than 20 to 30 minutes.
The exercise helps jump start your metabolism and the foods along with it also have an added positive effect on this increased metabolism.
What is more interesting is the fact that by eating these foods and exercising daily your body will continue to burn fat even after the exercise is completed.
It must be remembered that a simple and scientific rule of diet is that you do not lose weight unless you burn (use) more calories than you consume.
Therefore, it is logical to state that the best way to lose that stubborn weight is to include fat-burning foods and also exercising your way to good health.

DO NOT SWEAT THIS SUMMER

Summer reminds us of sweat and dehydration. Adequate intake of water helps in hydrating the body and rejuvenating the same. It also helps in the removal of toxins, drugs and other metabolites. Replacement of fluid loss in summer is important.

A healthy and balanced diet is essential, especially in the summer.

The summer heat deprives our body of all the energy. Excessive perspiration in summer results in dehydration. Rehydration is essential irrespective of the activity levels and thirst pangs.

Liquids at very cold temperatures should be avoided. Increased consumption of very cold liquids, results in the constriction of the blood vessels. This in turn reduces the loss of heat which is essential in summers. Holy Basil seeds/ Tulsi seeds added to water or fruit juices proves an effective cooling drink for the summers.

Soft drinks contain added sugar, preservatives and colors. Therefore fresh fruit juices without added sugar are preferred in summers.

Fried foods, such as french fries, potato patties, chips, samosa, wada pav should be restricted thereby reducing the thermal effect of fat. A light and healthy meal will make you feel comfortable. Avoid very spicy foods.

Whole fresh fruits supply a good amount of water, in addition to minerals and vitamins.

A bountiful supply of vegetables and fresh fruits are beneficial. Lemon juice, barley water, butter milk and tender coconut water are the best sources of hydration.

Follow the above said summer diet tips to enjoy summer to the fullest!
